How long do the balloons last?

• Air-filled Bubbles: Designed to last much longer than standard balloons; many stay inflated for several weeks depending on the environment.

• Helium Bubble Balloons: Typically last between 7 - 10 days. Helium Foils 2-3 days 

• Please refer to the aftercare instructions included with your order for best results.

How and when should I order?

Order as early as possible via our online store! You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Production times vary by season, so early booking ensures your date is secured.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the UK Mainland only Monday–Friday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional surcharge.

Note: Due to their delicate nature, we cannot currently ship to the Scottish Highlands, or any UK Isles. 

Can I collect my order?

Yes! Local collection is available by appointment from our Burton Workshop. Please WhatsApp us at 01283 684088 to arrange this before placing your order.

I need a gift urgently. Do you offer rush orders?

Standard production is approximately one week. If you need it sooner, please contact us via WhatsApp or email (info@thebluesloth.co.uk) before ordering to check our current availability. 

Can I request a custom or "encapsulated" gift?

Absolutely! We love creating unique gifts. We can even encapsulate your own items inside a bubble. Contact us for a custom quote.

What is your return policy?

Because our gifts are personalised and made to order, they are exempt from returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/video so we can assist you.

How does my purchase help the environment?

We are proud VIP members of the Urban Sloth Project. A portion of our monthly profits is donated to The Sloth Conservation Foundation to protect sloths in Costa Rica. We also use and reuse recycled packaging to minimise waste.
